Wastewater applied to the LAAs shall not have a pH of less than 6.5 or greater than <br />10.0. <br />D. Land Application Area Requirements: <br />1. The discharge shall be distributed uniformly on adequate acreage in compliance with <br />the Discharge Specifications and Effluent Limitations.
