The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for TRACY 76 as of September 2, 2021 Open violations from July 21 , 2021 inspection Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. OBSERVATION : The Hazardous Materials Inventory was not annually certified/submitted as a part of the business plan . The Hazardous Materials Inventory was not submitted for year 2019 . REGULATION GUIDANCE : Per H &SC 25508. 2 , the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that the business plan is complete , accurate , up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United States Code . An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements . The annual business plan shall be submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the CERS at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, review and submit/certify the current information . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. OBSERVATION : The site map is incomplete : - loading area for the underground storage tanks was not included on the map - carbon dioxide and propane are not included on the map - a fire extinguisher was found behind the cash register that was not included on the site map REGULATION GUIDANCE : A site map shall contain a north orientation , loading areas , internal roads , adjacent streets , storm and sewer drains , access and exit points, emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas , hazardous material handling and storage areas , and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as " NA" .
