The "Other <br />Health Hazard" listed under the Fire Code Hazard Classes section is an obsolete hazard class. Delete "Other <br />Health Hazard" and then resubmit the business plan. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The business plan was submitted <br />late on 1/27/2020 for the year of 2020. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation has been corrected. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 violations found during the <br />inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 8-18-2021. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
