Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />July 19, 2021 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1022 FRONTAGE RD, RIPON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> SC TRUCK WASH <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br />OBSERVATION: The business activities and owner operator identifications page has not been annually <br />certified/submitted as a part of the business plan. The owner operator identification page and business activities <br />were not submitted for the years of 2019, 2020, and 2021. The business activities and th owner operator <br />identification page has not been submitted since 7/14/2018. . <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that <br />the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United <br />States Code. An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements. The annual business plan shall be <br />submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br />previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and submit/certify the <br />current information. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION #1: The chemical inventory has not been annually certified/submitted as a part of the business <br />plan. The chemical inventory was not submitted for the years of 2019, 2020, and 2021. The chemical inventory has <br />not been submitted since 7/14/2018. <br />OBSERVATION #2: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Aluminum Brighter and Detergent were not <br />complete. The chemical forms had obsolete federal hazard categories listed. Discard the obsolete federal hazard <br />categories and add the new ones using an update safety date sheet (SDS). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE #1: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify <br />that the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the <br />United States Code. An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements.
