Remove oil from the top of 55 gal drum. <br /> b. Provide additional training to raise level of handling and storing of hazardous wastes. <br /> 2.AC Title 14 CCR 17409.5 -Load Checking U-waste(microwave)and waste tire on top of waste pile. <br /> a. Provide more adequate load checking. <br /> b. Provide communication with tipping floor personnel through meetings and training to raise level of screening <br /> and loading of Hazardous and.U-wastes. <br /> 3.AC Title 14 CCR 17408.7-Personnel Health and Safety=Eye wash station(south side)was blocked by equipment. <br /> a. Relocate/remove equipment so as to maintain easy access to eye wash station at all times. <br /> Notes: <br /> A. Dust level was low at time of inspection.Misters and fire hose being used throughout inspection. <br /> B. Compactor was not in use at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with SWFP and <br /> TPR. <br /> C.Waste pile volume was moderate at time of inspection.Keep waste pile height less than 12 feet.D.
