Provide more adequate cleaning. <br /> Notes: <br /> A.Low waste pile volume observed at time of inspection. Waste piles heights on tipping floor were below 12 <br /> feet in height. <br /> B. Compactor was not in use at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with SWFP and <br /> TPR. <br /> C. Eye wash station at the south side of the transfer station building was accessible(Previous AC cleared). <br /> D.Dust levels were low at time of inspection. <br /> E.All other AC's cleared. <br /> F.
