Provide more adequate load checking. <br /> b.Provide communication with tipping floor personnel through meetings and training to raise level of screening <br /> and loading of hazardous and special wastes. <br /> 2. AC Title 14 CCR 17407.4-Dust Control-Dusty conditions observed on residential side at time of inspection. <br /> Mister system was not being used to suppress plumes of dust generated by loader and tipping of waste on the <br /> tipping floor. <br /> a.Provide adequate dust control. <br /> b. Recommend starting mist system and fire hose application before truck dumps load rather than after load is <br /> dumped(to keep plumes of dust down more effectively).
