AC Title 14 CCR 17409.5 Load Checking-Observed propane cylinder at the west side pulled out from the <br /> load and placed next to the wall. <br /> a. Provide more adequate load checking. <br /> b. Provide communication with tipping floor personnel through meetings and training to raise level of screening of <br /> designated/hazardous wastes. <br /> 2. AC Title 14 CCR 17407.2-Cleaning-Ponding water was observed on the floor at the commercial(north)side of the <br /> transfer station building. <br /> a. Provide more adequate cleaning. <br /> Notes: <br /> _ A. Dust level were low at time of inspection._Misters and fire hose being used throughout inspection. _. <br /> B. Waste pile volume was moderate at time of inspection.Keep waste pile height less than 12 feet. <br /> C.
