<br /> A.Dust levels were low at time of inspection.
<br /> B.Compactor was not in use at time of inspection.Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with SWFP and TPR.
<br /> C.Eye wash station at the south side of the transfer station building was not working properly.Repair/replace eye wash station.
<br /> D.Observed overflowed rodent bait station at the public side of transfer station building.Reduce amount of bait.
<br /> E.According to operator the emergency tipping floor repairs started on Monday,February 23,2009.The portion of floor broke
<br /> through to base rock,the total area approximately 50x100 feet.The area blocked off with cement blocks,safety cones and
<br /> caution tape.Floor construction crew had safety meetings pertaining to operational hazards while working on project,and were
<br /> required to wear all PPE at all times while working on tipping floor repairs.Once the repairs are completed EHD will be informed.
<br /> Loading chute repairs were finished.
