Approximately 24 goats SINGH <br /> observed in a fenced area east of the home and 14 cows observed fenced in the <br /> southeast area of the home. The fly population was heavy near the cows. The <br /> odor was strong, especially at the fenced area in the front(west of driveway). I <br /> rang the doorbell twice, but there was no answer.
