Dr. MLK,Jr. Blvd., Stockton - UST Install Deficiencies <br /> Good afternoon, <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> underground storage tank installation application revisions for 7-Eleven #41342 located on 1233 E Dr. Martin <br /> Luther King Jr Blvd., Stockton (SR0082702). Please provide the following additional information and address <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1. Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: Contractor information and <br /> Fire Permit information were not included. <br /> 2. Provide current contractor's training certifications for installation and testing of all proposed UST <br /> equipment/components. <br /> 3. Submit a work plan for enhanced leak detection (ELD), to be conducted by a properly licensed <br /> individual. <br /> 4. Provide a drawing indicating the locations of all water wells, septic systems, and storm drains. (Civil <br /> plans were not found in the submittal.) <br /> 5. Page 7 of the application: Sections F, G, and H have required boxes not checked. (A revised <br /> application was not found in the submittal.) <br /> 6. Page 8 of the application: Section I has required boxes unchecked. (A revised application was not <br /> found in the submittal.) <br /> 7. A revised application was not found in the submittal. Page 8 of the application: Veeder Root 794380- <br /> 208 sensor is not an appropriate tank interstitial sensor and is not designed for use with brine. Indicate <br /> an appropriate sensor. (A revised application was not found in the submittal.) <br /> Several documents were referenced that I wasn't able to find in the submittal link. Am I looking in the wrong <br /> place? <br /> Fred Ernest will be the inspector for this installation and has been included on this email <br /> (fernest@sjgov.org).
