The laboratory budget includes performing tests for material gradations, plasticity,
expansion potential, R-value,and classification. The quantity and types of tests may vary depending upon
soil uniformity below the site.
Engineering and Geologic Evaluation----------------------------------------------------------------------------$2,420.00
The final report will represent field and laboratory data, evaluation of the site geology and soil formation
properties. The report will evaluate for and will provide appropriate seismic loading parameters and
seismic settlement evaluations for the proposed building expansion.
Total Not to Exceed Project Cost-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------$5,330.00
The cost proposal is based upon the above-mentioned scope of services and our understanding of the
project.Should any unforeseen conditions rise that would significantly affect the cost of the investigation,
the client will be notified within one working day.
