12172 N Hibbard Road Project No.2021-00063 Page 112 <br /> Table 7. <br /> Summary of Percolation Test—June 25, 2021 <br /> Percolation percolation <br /> Test No., Test Rate Test Comments <br /> Date Tested Depth Duration (See notes) <br /> (inches) (minutes/inch) <br /> 12172 Hibbard Road <br /> P-1 (shallow) 41 50 4-hour Satisfactory <br /> Note: A satisfactory percolation rate for a"shallow"test is less than or equal to 60 minutes per inch and greater than or equal to 1 <br /> minute per inch. <br /> The soil within the percolation test area for 12172 Hibbard Road demonstrated a satisfactory <br /> percolation rate in accordance with the requirements of the EHD for the use of a standard septic <br /> system. <br /> 9.0 SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY CONCLUSIONS <br /> In summary, a percolation rate that meets the minimum EHD standards was achieved within the <br /> proposed septic disposal area for the parcel located at 12172 Hibbard Road;the soil appears suitable <br /> for the use of a standard septic system. <br /> 10.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this report are established from the information provided regarding the proposed <br /> and existing development and the site conditions as they existed at the time which we excavated our <br /> test hole and performed the percolation test. It was assumed that the test hole and percolation test <br /> result is representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area. <br /> If there is a substantial amount of time between the submission of this study and commencement of <br /> work at the site, or if conditions have changed due to construction activities or natural causes at or <br /> adjacent to the site, we recommend that our report be reviewed to access the applicability of the <br /> recommendations and conclusions with consideration regarding changed conditions and or lapse of <br /> time.This report should not be used after 3 years without a review and update from our office. <br /> Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in <br /> accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
