Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to the facility and spoke with the person in charge/owner. I explained to her about the complaint that there was a food <br /> vendor operating without a permit outside the store. She informed me that they allow a person to barbecue outside Friday and <br /> Saturday.They were not aware that they needed a permit to operate a business.
