Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />7/27/2021 <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />July 26, 2021 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 18754 E HWY 26 , LINDEN <br /> Facility Name: <br /> ORLANDOS <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the HMBP readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />OBSERVATION: Personnel at this facility do not have access to California Environmental Reporting System. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency response plans and procedures, chemical inventory, and site map shall be <br />readily available to personnel of the business or facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make all this content available on site, either electronically or in hard copy <br />format. <br />Corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were three violations during the <br />inspection. Two of the three violations was corrected on site. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to <br />Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or <br />will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by August 27, 2021. <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
