Respondents own and operate Duque Brothers Inc., a transportation <br />operation at 2971 Loomis Road, Stockton CA 95205 (the "Site"). <br />2. The CUPA conducted a Hazardous Materials (HM) inspection at the site on <br />March 14, 2017 and May 21, 2020. <br />3.
