Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial changes in operations All penalties for these violations will be calculated pursuant to the appropriate California law. Some applicable penalties may accrue on a daily basis unless and until the conditions are abated. If no action is taken to abate the conditions at the Facility as described in the inspection report then EHD will file an Administrative Enforcement Order and Notice of Defense (hereinafter "Order") against you. However, EHD is extending you the opportunity to advise of any other information that you believe should be considered before the EHD files an Order against the you. Further, EHD is willing to discuss with you options for settlement of these issues without further enforcement action.
