The hazardous materials inventory was not submitted for 2019, 2020, and 2021. The hazardous <br /> materials inventory has not been submitted since March 22, 2018. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that <br /> the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United <br /> States Code. An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements. The annual business plan shall be <br /> submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and submit/certify the <br /> current information. <br /> .................................................................................................................... <br /> 2. OBSERVATION: 78 gallons of disinfectant/fungicide and greater than 55 gallons of latex paint (actual amount <br /> was not available)were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> .................................................................................................................... <br /> 3. OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms are not complete/accurate. <br /> 1. Trimix gas–the storage pressure is wrongly identified as "ambient" vs. "above ambient". <br /> 2.
