Please submit a hazardous waste manifest for the metal brake
lathe shavings and for the retail alkaline liquids, as it could not be determined at the time of inspection how long these
wastes were on-site.
Also, if the facility will now be managing the metal brake lathe shavings as non-hazardous, please submit documentation
that supports your hazardous waste determination.
The second open violation is 601 on the LQG inspection report. Please submit a hazardous waste manifest for the 55-
gallon drum of oily absorbent, as it could not be determined at the time of inspection how long this waste was on-site.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Elianna Florido, Sr. REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
P: (209) 616-3050 1 F: (209) 468-3433 1 E: eflorido@sigov.org
- SANA USN
C OJN,Y
From: Levi Wayne<Iwayne@oreilIva uto.com>
Sent:Thursday, September 30, 20212:21 PM
To: Florido, Elianna [EHD] <eflorido@sigov.or >
Cc: Megan Pickens<mpickens3@oreilIva uto.com>;John Bounds<jbounds2@oreillyauto.com>
Subject: O'Reilly Auto Parts#2736-2021 Haz Mat, Haz Waste, and UOCC Inspections
CAUTION:This email is originated from outside of the organization.
