Provide a statement to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />105 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No emergency coordinator available for emergency response. <br />OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not available <br />or posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br />arise. Provide a statement to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />109 <br />CCR 66262.23(a)(4) Failed to send paper originated generator manifest copies to DTSC within 30 days. <br />OBSERVATION: Generator copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest (UHWM) numbers 014261957 FLE, <br />014263168FLE, 012770732FLE, 013706526 FLE, 012770731, and 012770731 FLE were not sent to the California <br />Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) within 30 days of hazardous waste shipment. No information <br />found on HWTS ( hazardous waste tracking system), <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste generators are required to send a copy of the generator signed <br />UHWM to DTSC by mail. The only exception is when an UHWM starts and finishes as an electronic manifest in the <br />e -Manifest System. The generator shall within 30 days of each shipment of hazardous waste submit to DTSC a <br />legible copy of each manifest used. The mailing address is: DTSC Generator Manifests, Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control, P.O. Box 400, Sacramento, CA 95812-0400. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately mail a copy of the listed UHWMs and ensure that copies of all generator <br />signed UHWMs are sent to DTSC within 30 days of shipping the hazardous waste.
