Job Order Field
1927096-1
Jones Covey Group, Inc.
9595 Lucas Ranch Rd. Posted
Rancho Cucamonga,CA 91730
888-972-7581
Job Details
Description:
....................................................................................................--...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Helium Testing to locate& Repair Leak in 91 STP Product secondary
Completion Notes:
10/08/20: 10-8-2020: Jose,Shawn- Arrived on site and checked in with site manager. Performed helium test on 91 secondary
product line. I drilled holes in front of all udc's without getting any hits. I then proceeded to drill a hole right outside the 91
sump and was able to get percentage readings. 91 product penetration is leaking on the outside of the sump. Concrete will
need to be broken out to make necessary repairs. I market the area where I got the percentage readings with marking paint.
10/27/20: Arrived on site and checked in with manager, worked on layout for Beeline Concrete cutting, saw cut concrete on 91
STP sump 8'x 12'x 10" demo concrete and removed it. Badger dug to find the 91 secondary leak, isolated the 91 secondary
line from smart sensor and installed a test gauge 0 to 15 psi on 91 secondary line. Pressurized the secondary line and soaped
exposed fittings, found leak on the STP sump penetration. Cut the secondary line and removed the 3" pipe from STP sump
penetration, cut the secondary line 3'away from the sump wall and installed 3"secondary clamp shell, glued the secondary
and let cure the glue. Tested the 91 secondary line at 5 psi and soaped the 3"secondary clamp shell coupling and STP sump
penetration, after we tested the secondary line with pressure, changed the gauge to vaccum then tested secondary pulled
vacuum at 15 inch. Set chain link fence panels around the work area. Cleaned up and secured site.
10/28/20: Checked in with manager, worked on sanding penetration outside the STP sump for secondary line and applied
Bravo epoxy for reinforcement. After the Bravo epoxy cures, prepared the penetration and secondary pipe sanded then
fiberglass the penetration for reinforcing. At 11:30 San Juaquin County EHD inspector Paul Nso arrived on site for 91
secondary containment pipe inspection, secondary line set pressure at 5 psi then soaped the penetration on sump wall and
the new 3"secondary clamp shell coupling. Inspector checked the pressure on gauge and waited for one hour then checked
the gauge again and passed the test on 91 secondary pipe. Inspector wants JCG to test the interstitial on 91 STP and send
the results for the pressure test no later the 30 days from the day we poured concrete. Removed the brine from 91 STP sump
interstitial then performe the pressure, pressurized the interstitial at 2.5 psi for 30 minutes, sump interstitial passed the test.
Backfill around the 91 STP sump and swept the work area, removed the pressure on the sump and pulled 10 inch of vacuum
in 91 STP interstitial and let vacuum over night. Worked on repairing the leak on 91 secondary line, we created and alarm at
11:55am S 12: No vacuum alarm. When we removed the brine from the sump we created one alarm on the veeder root L: 9:
91 STP hydro sensor out alarm at 3:01 pm. Cleaned up and secure site.
10/29/20: Arrived on site and checked in with manager, opened up the 91 STP sump and checked the vacuum on sump
interstitial, 10 inch of vacuum on interstitial hold on all night. Picked up material at Home Depot, drill concrete dowel, cut and
set rebar, worked on 91 STP sump interstitial removed the vacuum gauge and poured brine back in the sump interstitial.
Poured concrete, 91 secondary pipe had 15 inch of vacuum we removed the vacuum test gauge and connected the 1/4" hose
to the smart sensor 12: 91 product secondary line, Veeder root went back to all functions normal. Had Pilot Manager check
the 91 STP sump for liquid, debris and sensor returned to proper placement and locked, we told the manager about the 91
STP manway lid, all bolts are broken. Cleaned up.
10/30/20: Arrived on site and checked in with the manager, worked on cleaning up around the new concrete, painted the No
parking sign and the yellow strip on new concrete and painted the concrete curve red next to the new concrete. Loaded up
truck#103, we left 4 fence panels around the new concrete and 6 panels leaning on AST chain link fence, the rental fence are
scheduled to pick up on Monday 11-2-2020 in the morning. Cleaned up then traveled to JCG yard.
Product Description Order Order
Quantity Uom
Labor- Pilot Labor- (3) Man Crew-4 Days 1
.........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Labor Project Management 4
.........................................................................................p............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Labor- Pilot Permit Expeditor 4
