Repair/replace paper towel dispenser by 1 week. <br /> Repeat Violation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Immediately remove,then clean <br /> and sanitize the area. <br /> Repeat Violation: glue boards have dead roaches and are old.
