PCB'S(ASKARELS*} <br /> Outdoor-type distribution transformers are normally filled with mineral oil, but must be <br /> classified as "PCB-contaminated" if not tested and labeled as "Non-PCB" or classified as <br /> "PCB" if it contains one of the fluids listed below.
