The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for Manteca Valero as of April 21, 2022. <br />Open violations from August 16, 2021 inspection <br />Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely). <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: A 55 gallon black steel drum of hazardous waste liquids was <br />observed in the dumpster area with an illegible accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br />were: A 55 gallon black steel drum of hazardous waste liquid was observed in the dumpster storage area with an <br />illegible accumulation start date, no hazardous property, and no content. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
