GC AND R POOL PLASTERING, INC <br /> 908 CHURCH ST,ROSEVILLE,CA.95678 <br /> 916.781.3403 FAX 916.781.3404 <br /> CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE 828320 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Strip Plaster Prep <br /> • Drain pool water <br /> • Undercut and chip below all waterline tile and around all pool fixtures to provide <br /> a sufficiently thick layer of plaster to ensure no leaks and to allow room to <br /> `feather' flush to existing fixtures <br /> • Chip out `strip' all de-bonding, unstable plaster down to original gunite (see <br /> considerations) <br /> • Turbo tip 5000psi water blast existing plaster surface to remove all flaking <br /> plaster and debris to a hard stable surface that will accept new materials <br /> • Apply `Multicoat' bond coat that will give a surface similar to original gunite <br /> and provide both a mechanical and chemical bond for the new finish plaster. <br /> • Chip out area around main suction outlet to allow install of VGB compliant <br /> suction cover. <br /> • Demo existing pool water `return' line fittings and convert to standard 1 %z slip <br /> to match new plaster color. <br /> • Hydro flush main suction pipe to insure no existing blockages. <br /> • Core drill holes thru the floor of the pool to prevent any chance of pool <br /> floatation <br /> Tile <br /> • Remove existing waterline tile pool and spa <br /> • Install new mortar bed as needed <br /> • Supply and install standard waterline in pools and spas <br /> + Supply and install mastic between top of tile a bottom of cantilevered deck <br /> • Supply and install depth markers per code at waterline <br /> Handrails <br /> • Supply and install 3 handrails at entry steps into pool and spa(at main complex) <br /> Supply and install 3 handrails at entry steps into pool and spa(at satellite <br /> complex) <br /> • Supply and install new exit wall steps at main pool <br /> Finish Plaster <br /> • Two coats of standard marblite `white' plaster. <br /> • Scratch coat applied to force material into bond coat for maximum adhesion <br /> •. Hard troweled finish coat for a non skid absolutely smooth water tight surface <br /> • Install new slip in directional flow inlet fittings <br /> • Supply and install VGB compliant SDX covers at main suction in pool/spa <br /> • Supply and install VGB compliant 8HP covers at equalizers in pool/spa <br />
