MAIN STREET <br /> (APN 173-210-04) <br /> In response to your letter dated February 2, 2021, copy attached, City staff from the <br /> Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br /> request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the <br /> City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department <br /> is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and <br /> Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that <br /> review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br /> the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility service agreement for future <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department— Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by a Sanitary Sewer Collection System. There <br /> is adequate capacity available in Wastewater Collection System No. 6 to serve the <br /> proposed project at this time.
