This enclosure has a secondary containment floor base. A spill <br /> Pallet provides secondary containment for AST 7,the portable tank that stores waste vegetable <br /> Oil. See Section 5.2.2 for recommended secondary containment for AST 7. <br /> During business hours a potential spill from a portable tank will be cleaned up by personnel. Ani <br /> discharged material is quickly contained and cleaned-up by use of sorbent pads and uthe <br /> appropriate cleaning products. <br /> Any empty containers should be labeled as such. <br /> 5.3 Transfer Operations,Pumping,and In-Plant Processes[40 CFR 112.8(d)] <br /> Transfer operations at this facility include: <br /> • The transfer of oil into or from tanker trucks at the loading/unloading areas. <br /> ■ All products being pumped into or out of all tanks at this facility loading area <br /> accomplished by way of connection hoses from the tank truck to the remote <br /> ground level fill connection. The system is manually operated with a handheld <br /> emergency shutoff device held by the user. This device will shut off any pump in <br /> operation during product exchange. <br /> 53.1 BY fed Piping[40 CFR 112.8(d)(1)] <br /> As noted by the code buried piping that is installed or replaced on or after August 16,2002, <br /> have a protective wrapping and coating.
