Title 27 California Code of Regulation (CCR) Section 20650 — Grading of Fill Surfaces. <br />Improper grading of fill surfaces. <br />2. Title 27 CCR Section 20820 - Drainage/Erosion Control. The site is not graded to <br />promote run-off or drainage <br />PURSUANT TO PRC SECTIONS 45000 and 45005, MCANALLY LF, EST, ETAL ARE <br />1. Submit to this office, for review and approval, a corrective action plan for site <br />remediation. The plan will require approval by Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />2. The contents of the corrective action plan shall include, but not be limited to: <br />a site health and safety plan, a scope of work, work -plan, the identification of the <br />contractor performing the remediation, the schedule for remediation, a plan for handling <br />and disposal of any household hazardous wastes and/ or hazardous wastes should they <br />be discovered, and a final site drainage and erosion control plan. Material suitable for <br />recycling shall be recycled at an appropriate recycle facility. COPIES OF ALL <br />DISPOSAL RECEIPTS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THIS DEPARTMENT. <br />I© <br />Remediate the site in accordance with the approved corrective action plan. <br />COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE: <br />Item No. 1: Ensure the existing fence is maintained to prohibit trespassing and illegal disposal <br />of refuse. Add additional No Trespassing' signs at appropriate locations. <br />Item No. 2: Within one hundred and twenty (120) days of receipt this order submit <br />corrective action plan. The LEA will either approved or deny the correc <br />actions plan within one hundred twenty (120) days of submittal. <br />Item No. 3: Site remediation shall commence within ninety (90) days of plan approval <br />Complete the remediation of the site in conformance with the approved correctiv( <br />action plan within ninety (90) days of plan approval. Provide copies of disposa <br />receipts to the LEA on a weekly basis until project completion. <br />THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT PURSUANT TO PRC SECTIONS 45000, <br />45011, AND 45014, if the above actions are not completed or complied with by the specified dates, <br />the CIWMB may: <br />-3- <br />
