The owner of record of the real property described above is McAnally, Hellen Lf., l <br />Etal. The property located at 22865 South Henry Road, Escalon, CA 95320, is a certified Clos <br />Illegal, or Abandoned (CIA) Site, pursuant to yearly inspections under California Code <br />Regulations, Title 27, Section 21090 (Article 2). <br />5. The week of October 14, 2002 a site investigation with the California Integrated W <br />Management Board (CIWMB) was conducted at this site. During the investigation burn <br />waste was found on the property. The ash was sampled in three excavations. The sample res <br />indicate that the ash exceeded Title 22 (CCR) standards for Lead. <br />18. On July 14, 2003, Ted Tasiopoulos an employee of the Environmental <br />Department conducted a routine inspection. There were no violations noted on the i <br />report. No determinations or suggestion had been made regarding the site investigatio. <br />conducted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CINVIMB). <br />9. On November 20, 2004, a meeting was held with Richard and Kim Evans, the CIWMF <br />Closed, Illegal, or Abandon (site) Section staff and their legal counsel and the Environment <br />Health Department staff to discuss the findings of the investigation conducted in October 200,' <br />The CIWMB staff recommended that the site be re -mediated prior to any change in land use. Th <br />Environmental Health Department staff stated that the site does not meet State Minimur <br />Standards for, Grading of Fill Surfaces (T27CCR Section 20650), and Erosion Control (T27CC] <br />Section 20820). <br />10. On March 17, 2004 Robert McClellon and Garrett Backus employees of the San Joaqui <br />County, Environmental Health Department, made a site visit to walk the site and mak <br />recommendations for required site work and possibly relocating one structure on the property. <br />Page 5 <br />
