Obey all laws
2 . Turn over soil on property, brought in by defendant, 25% per
year. Soil is to be sifted for hazardous and construction
materials which are to be removed
3 . To allow a search and inspection on the property by San
Joaquin County Planning Department at arranged times
On November 22 , 1991, I conducted a followup investigation of the
property and observed the following;
1. The gate was standing wide open and no lock or chain was found
near or on the gate. There were no signs of forcible entry.
I have noticed the gate standing open for the past several
months.
2 . No activity has been observed during the past 11 months
regarding the dirt pile which required removal.
3 . Unknown persons have dumped approximately six or seven new
loads of construction debris consisting of old wood from
demolished buildings.
4 . Approximately thirty new piles of dirt have been brought on to
the property and stacked near the front of the property.
During the previous prosecution, Mr. Lane brought on several
piles of clean dirt. Those piles have been removed and
replaced by the new dirt.
