Henry Road, <br />Holt of California has utilized the services of consultants to advise us as to the environmental <br />and legal issues related to the property. <br />As you may know, this property was acquired from Mr. and Mrs. Evans through a foreclosure <br />process in an attempt to collect an unpaid receivable due Holt, where the property was <br />pledged as collateral. Holt was unaware of the nature and scope of the environmental issues <br />related to the property at the time it was pledged. <br />We have determined that it is in Holts best interests to unwind the foreclosure action so that <br />the property revests in Mr. and Mrs. Evans, and Mr. and Mrs. Evans have agreed. As a result, <br />Hot of California currently holds no interest in the property. <br />Copies of the documents prepared by the parties' attorneys, signed, filed and recorded to <br />complete this rescission are enclosed.
