The plan needs to address issue like who is <br />going to be onsite. What equipment is going to be used. How long it is going to take. Where is the soil coming <br />from. What safe gards will be put in place to ensure that the ash will not be distrubed. The plan should addrees <br />the handling of haz waste. I think that if you are grading the site and no excavation of the ash material then the <br />safety training requirements can be relaxed. How do you propose to verify the amount of cover is the areas. This <br />is a minimum. We will work with you on the development of the plan. Please submit a draft for comment. I have surveyed the exciting grads of the <br />contaminated area shown on the attachment. I would like to regrade the site to drain to the pond shown on <br />the plan with arrows then cover the area with 1 to 2 feet of clean soil. this may require to haul in extra fill.
