The property is gated when I arrived and GOODERHAM <br />had no access. there is 2 RVs on the site. I did not see any solids from the <br />holding tanks on the ground, but I did smell a slight smell of sewage. <br />07/15/2021 Drafted notice to abate to send to owner. Will be sent by certified mail to owner. GOODERHAM <br />07/19/2021 CERTIFIED MAIL - SEWAGE DISPOSAL NTA TO: SOK <br />DERROL D & EDITH G ELLIOT <br />769 E WILLOW AVE <br />MANTECA CA 95337 <br />70191640000153618189 <br />07/23/2021 Owner called and described situation on the property. He claims RVs are only GOODERHAM <br />stored there and waste water was not dumped onsite. I will go onsite to verify the <br />RVs are unoccupied, there for no liquid waste would be generated. Also red wood <br />tank would need to be destroyed. <br />07/28/2021 Investigation of complaint, met owners onsite. I did not observe any sewage GOODERHAM <br />release or sewage smell on the ground. The effluents for RVs stored on the <br />property are capped. Abated complaint, unable to verify. <br />08/02/2021 Reviewed complaint and abated complaint according to field findings.
