Third Ave., Linden <br />APN 049-230-11, SR0084086 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated August 2021 and has the following comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for on-site wastewater <br />treatment system (OVVTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater from the <br />proposed secondary dwelling. <br />Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings: <br /> <br />1 The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study supports the suitability for standard OVVTS usage for the <br />proposed project on the above-mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br />Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br />If you have any questions please contact Michael Suszycki, Senior Registered Environmental Health <br />Specialist, at msuszycki@sjgov.org or (209) 598-7001. <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Program Coordinator <br />c: Roy Hope — 22029 E.
