Time In: 10:10 am <br /> r <br /> Time Out: 10:54 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: WIMPYS MARINA CAFE Date: 12/30/2021 <br /> Address: 14001 W WALNUT GROVE RD,WALNUT GROVE 95690 <br /> Owner/Operator: SCHUMAN, DAWN Telephone: (209)794-2774 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00054442 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> DIRTY REFRIGERATORS, COCKROACHES, OPEN LIQUOR BOTTLES, OUTDOOR DINNING <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the person in charge of the restaurant who was not aware of complaint. <br /> I observed debris at the bottom of the upright refrigerator. Clean. <br /> I did not observe'cockroaches, open liquor bottles, and out door dinning'at this time. <br /> Per operator of the restaurant, occasionally there is outdoor dining. <br /> I observed a few rodent droppings on the bottom self of the dry storage area. <br /> Clean and sanitize.
