Yosemite Ave. pity; Manteca <br />California Health and Safety Code §25507(a) sad Title 19 California Code of Regulations §265l(a) require that a <br />Hazardous Materials Business Plan (H1 P) facility implement its HMBP, including the training plan specified in <br />HSC §25505(a)(4) and 19 CCB, §2659(x)(4). Taking into account the position of each employee, training for new <br />employees must be provided in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous <br />material. Annual refresher training is required. This traijaing must be documented electronically or by had copy <br />records.
