PHARMACEUTICAL WASTE — Prescription or over-the-counter human drugs including, but not <br />limited to, a drug as defined by Section 109925 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; does <br />not include items regulated by Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act or Radiation <br />Control Law. <br />7. BIOHAZARDOUS WASTE -Per California Health & Safety Code Section <br />117690. <br />IV.
