Rachel Quinlin, Environmental Health Specialist
304 E. Weber Avenue, Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
Re: 225 E. Grantline, Tracy
Dear Ms. Quinlin,
Pursuant to my conversation with you and your supervisor
yesterday, I am writing to confirm our agreement to your
request that the bottom of the pool on our property at
this location be resurfaced by November 30, 1999. It is
my understanding that you feel that the pool can remain
open through the end of the current summer swimming season.
Please advise me if that is not the case.
It is my request that you dispense with a hearing on this
matter to save both your and my time and expense since we
agree to your request. I am, of course, agreeable to
signing any undertaking or formal document regarding this
agreement to resurface the pool by November 30, 1999 that
you may require. In the event that you feel a hearing is
required, I would ask that it be scheduled during the week
of August 2, 1999 since I will be away on a business trip
on July 29, 1999.
Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.
Very truly yours,
Roberta M.
