Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance <br /> records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs <br /> of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the <br /> last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i) Failure to have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 206 CCR 2712(i), 2634(e)Failure to have a current UST Response Plan available on site. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 207 CCR 2716(f)Failure to maintain designated operator inspection reports and all attachments on site for 36 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: The February 2021 designated operator inspection report was not found on site.According to <br /> work order number 174847, the monthly inspection was conducted on 2/9/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on <br /> site for twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br /> for thirty-six months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br /> inspection reports are maintained on site.
