Waste oil–the chemical name was not completed, the common name did not identify the material as waste <br /> motor oil, the hazardous material type was wrongly reported as "mixture"vs. "waste", the average daily amount was <br /> wrongly reported as 2 gallons, the maximum daily amount was wrongly reported as 2 gallons vs. at least 110 <br /> gallons, and the days on site, storage pressure, and storage temperature elements were not completed. <br /> 2. Waste antifreeze–the chemical name was inaccurately reported as "waste water"vs. "waste antifreeze", the <br /> maximum daily amount was wrongly reported as 2 gallons vs. at least 110 gallons, and the chemical name, <br /> hazardous material type, average daily amount, site of the largest container, storage pressure, and storage <br /> temperature elements were not completed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map uploaded at the time of inspection is not complete. The site map does not <br /> show/address the following required elements: <br /> 1. Storm drains. <br /> 2. Emergency shutoffs(s). <br /> 3.
