The following employees received their annual hazardous waste training late: -Gustavo Aceves received training on 5/3/2020, and received training late on 7/6/2021. - Isaiah Hinkle received training on 5/22/2021, and received training late on 8/5/2021. -Jose Gonzalez received training on 7/23/2021, and received training late on 7/26/2021. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16 Personnel Training CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train Adam Bloomer with the time frames and training materials required by this section.
