Per Zubair Khan,the eyewash station located outside <br /> of shop 2 will be the only eyewash station utilized. The expired eyewash bottles in shop 1 were disposed of. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: one black metal 55 gallon drum of oily solids was observed in <br /> shop 2 with an accumulation date of 11/25/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil filters or fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site.
