I reviewed the HMBP return to compliance documents and have couple comments. For the site map, the return to compliance letter mentioned that you addressed the internal road and loading areas; you addressed the adjacent street, but not the internal road and loading areas. I believe the facility has no internal road, and can be addressed as not appliable.The actual words " internal roads and loading areas need to be on the site map". Anything that is not appliable to your facility, need to be addressed Not Applicable/NA. Also, the received notification emergency contact list is not uploaded to CERS with the contingency plan. Since now it is the perfect time to submit the annual HMBP for 2022, you can make the corrections and submit the plan for next year. Let me know if you have any questions.
