Provide paper towels in <br /> dispensers today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing,food preparation and the washing of <br /> utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(1]) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed rodent droppings on the floor in the following areas: under and near food/drink storage shelves <br /> in office/storage area, mops storage near restroom, under and near back storage shelves, and near mop sink. Observed <br /> rodent dropping on unused equipment in back storage area and in unused tray box that was on a shelf in back storage area. <br /> Per receipt that last service by Clark Pest Control was 7/21/2021. Clean and sanitize areas today with minimum 100 ppm <br /> chlorine or 200 ppm quat solution. Increase pest control measures. Provide receipt of pest control service during <br /> re-inspection. <br /> Observed dead cockroaches on the floor in the following areas: under the front counter, near the food storage shelves in <br /> office area, near the water heater, near the mop sink, and in storage room which used to be a men's restroom.
