Violation 113: Can you please provide copies of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported <br /> from the site in the past three years(8/31/2018-8/31/2021).The missing receipts include:used oil,absorbent <br /> contaminated with oil,waste ink,and used filters.You provided the manifests for part washer solutions,but only one <br /> manifest for each of the followings:used oil,absorbent,and oil filters. Also,can you please indicate which manifest is <br /> for the waste Ink or provide the manifest if it is not already included. <br /> 2. The September file with manifests is not legible to read.
