Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with no accumulation start date: <br /> Per Pablo Martinez, drums are stored onsite longer than 180 days. <br /> -one black 55 gallon drum of used metal oil filter was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without an <br /> accumulation start date <br /> -one blue 55 gallon drum of used anti-freeze was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without an <br /> accumulation start date <br /> -one white 330 gallon tote tank of waste oil was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without an <br /> accumulation start date <br /> -one black 55 gallon drum of unknown was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without an accumulation <br /> start date <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
