To make it easy to follow I have listed your observations below and either agree with the finding or <br /> do not agree and request that it be removed based on information we are providing. <br /> Regarding Item #5 of the inspection report. <br /> HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following chemicals were found on site have not been reported to CERS or the location needs to be updated: <br /> Building J1 — <br /> Approximately four 55 gallon drums of Tellus S2 MX 32 were not listed in the inventory(photo 1, IMG 1911) -Agree to this finding <br /> Crush Pad <br /> -The location of one 550 gallon diesel tank was not listed in the inventory(photo 2, IMG 1912) Do not agree to this finding. Based off <br /> the Grind Map all of the diesel tanks are listed. <br /> 2 <br />
