S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNr <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SUTTER HOME WINERY INC. 18667 JACOB BRACK RD, LODI September 22, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials and the missing locations to the hazardous material inventory, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.The map was missing the following items: <br /> -loading areas <br /> -internal roads <br /> -storm and sewer drains <br /> -access and exit points <br /> -evacuation staging areas <br /> -emergency response equipment <br /> -The following chemicals were not listed in the chemical location grid map matrix: <br /> i) Three oxygen cylinders located in the 400 Tank Farm(photo 4, IMG 1917) <br /> ii) One 275 gallon container of Formula 2530-LT located in Ammonia Engine Room 1 (photo 5, IMG 1919) <br /> iii) One 55 gallon drum of Vital Oxide located in Building Q(photo 13, IMG 1928) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. <br /> The 2019 facility, inventory, and plan elements were submitted late on 2/21/2019. <br /> The 2020 facility, inventory, and plan elements were submitted late on 2/12/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
