Is the 11 weeks for the completion of the construction project?As far as integrity testing the <br /> temporary tank that is up to what the current SPCC plan states or what the facility wants. At minimum I would say the <br /> facility should be doing monthly inspections on the temporary tank and its secondary containment to verify there are <br /> 1 <br />
