The project consists <br /> of a construction services facility which will include the conversion of an existing 5,482 <br /> square foot building to an office and the construction of an 11,700 square foot material <br /> and equipment storage building (Project). The Project is located on the south side of <br /> east State Route 12, 0.5 miles east of Alpine Rd, in Lodi, CA(APN 051-120-48). <br /> Prosect Scope <br /> Based on information provided to the District, Project specific annual emissions from <br /> construction and operation emissions of criteria pollutants are not expected to exceed <br /> any of the following District significance thresholds: 100 tons peryear of carbon monoxide <br /> (CO), 10 tons per year of oxides of nitrogen (NOx), 10 tons per year of reactive organic <br /> gases (ROG), 27 tons per year of oxides of sulfur(SOx), 15 tons per year of particulate <br /> matter of 10 microns or less in size (PM10), or 15 tons per year of particulate matter of <br /> 2.5 microns or less in size (PM2.5). <br /> Other potential significant air quality impacts related to Toxic Air Contaminants (see <br /> information below under Health Risk Assessment), Ambient Air Quality Standards, <br /> Hazards and Odors, may require assessments and mitigation.
